The guys voice has a very pure quality that reminds of Gordon Lightfoot, but the music straddles the English folk of Richard Thompson with Fairport and the American Jam Band philosophies of the Grateful Dead with real aplomb.
There is more than a whiff of prog rock at times too, particularly on the lyrics.
