The Mac DeMarco comparisons make a lot of sense, but there's much less of a sense of snark here. This is more jangly twangy wizardry with, but it feels more earnest.
The vocals are infectious and so are the melodies, it's just very pleasant to listen to the album and sort of get drawn into this world.
