It's certainly strange to read some listeners claiming that "En ar for mycket och tusen aldrig nog" is a rip-off of bands that are more popular than Dungen, like Tame Impala and War On Drugs. Obviously that should not be the case, given that Dungen have been around for practically over twenty years.

On the other hand, it's undeniable that there are similarities and that Dungen's sound has softened somewhat over the years, adapting to a more psychedelic "pop" taste and aesthetic that has undergone changes over the years.
