Run Out Groove's edition is the album's North American vinyl debut. It's expanded across three LPs with the 1993 Fear Is the Mindkiller EP (featuring remixes of songs from the album) and two previously unreleased instrumental mixes.
Sounds like 1994-era Napalm Death mixed with Godflesh and occasional clean singing. It's a death metal album, and the only death metal album Fear Factory ever wrote, but it still has an industrial metal element.
