Housed inside a heavyweight clear PVC wallet.
Most great bands eventually wither away under the crushing weight of time and a hyper-demanding market that aims to rip your art from your hands and throw you into the grand soulless content machine so you can make someone else some more money.
That third yacht won't pay for itself.
Nobody is more aware of this than Stereolab, I mean they've been singing about this shit for years. So it becomes even more tragic that eventually they must meet that same universal fate that eventually comes for anyone with creative aspirations and something to talk about - or so it seems.
Because up to this album, the Groop has managed to dance around their inevitable demise and evade its death blows for album after album now - and Margerine Eclipse is their most challenging, most demanding dance yet, for both the band and audience. Yet somehow, they come out the other end triumphant and refreshed.
