D.O.A. join forces with Jello Biafra and record one of the best records of their respective careers. OK, this is not the full speed hardcore frenzy of, say "The Menace Lives", but this record's got an incredible power. The opener "That's Progress" might be familiar to some from the great soundtrack album "Terminal City Riccochet". Remarkable is also the remake of The Animals "We Gotta Get Out Of This Place".

But the song that lifts this album to unexpected heights, THE übertrack, is "Full Metal Jackoff", 14 minutes of Jello's meanest rants and spite against the powers that be. Main theme is the war on drugs and the hypocrisy behind it.
