Yes, this EP is that good, and pretty much epitomises early American Hardcore Punk (1979-1984) at its most extreme, raw and primitive.
Following the path initiated by Black Flag, taking it to its extremes and adding some tough-as-fuck stance (courtesy of John Brannon) as well as some hints of British Street Punk (Blitz, 4 Skins...), the whole thing feels like being assaulted by a pack of bloodthirsty hounds, without sounding dumb (as LOTS of Negative Approach's disciples did).
