Originally hailing from South London, multi-instrumentalist and producer Jimmy Cass cut his teeth under the guidance of Liam Watson at the all analogue Toe Rag Recording Studio in Hackney before taking a sabbatical to Melbourne, Australia. Inspired by this new environment he began to work on a myriad of different ideas and projects, eschewing more formulaic working practices and broadening his creative processes. This new approach, alongside a love of foreign film scores, traditional music and exotica spawned his debut solo album CHAPTERS. The immersive project consists of a nine-chapter, multi-sensory journey through colour and sound.
