FLEETWOOD MAC - s/t LP (colour vinyl)
Limited edition blue colour vinyl.
Others have said (whilst I keep listening to Flipper):
"This album along with their next release ‘Rumors’ came into every white person's house in America like a free sample box of Tide Laundry Detergent. There are several songs and albums that I have not been able to bring myself to play since I was able to say, ‘Enough’s Enough!’ Songs like ‘Freebird’ by Lynyrd Skynyrd fall into the same category, I never want to hear them again. For a year, if you changed the radio station in your car, you could hear ‘Rhiannon’ on possibly three stations at once, and the forth station would be just about to cue it up. If I went to anyone’s house, there was the Fleetwood Mac jacket on the coffee table, the album permanently on the turntable ... I just got sooooooooooo tired of it, and of all the drama surrounding the group and the personal effort it took to make the record.
Listen, by no means am I putting this album down in any way. This release was ground breaking and earth shattering in more ways then I could count, it just became like the air I breath, always there, ever present, flat and boring from over exposure. So now that I’ve said that, I can go on."
